The Veteran Report

The Veteran Report

What your prospect received, why it is web-first, and how engagement with it feeds tiering.

After a capture, the veteran receives a written report explaining their own numbers. It is sent from your context — it is the artifact that makes your first call warm.

Web-first, PDF on demand

The canonical report is a hosted web page. A PDF is generated on demand only if the veteran requests one. Web-first means the report renders correctly on a phone, can be corrected if the underlying content changes, and produces the engagement signal that feeds tiering.

What the report contains

  • The figures the veteran entered, restated plainly.
  • The educational explanation of what those figures mean.
  • The estimate disclaimer on every numeric output.
  • Your identity as the party who provided the tool.

What it never contains

No rate, no APR, no premium, no loan offer, no product recommendation, no asset allocation. The report explains the veteran’s own math back to them. Positioning it as anything more will create a compliance problem for you, not for us.

Using it on the call

Open the same report the veteran received before you dial. You are then looking at exactly what they are looking at.
