Before unlock

You can see the capture timestamp, the assigned tier, the calculator path taken, the general engagement signal, and the source page. That is enough to decide.

After unlock

You get full name, verified phone number, email address, the inputs the veteran entered, and a link to the exact report they received.

Unlocks are final

Once you unlock a lead, the charge accrues and cannot be reversed. There is no trial window. Read the pre-unlock attributes first.

Phone verification

Phone numbers are validated at capture time — line type and carrier are checked before the lead is written. This is why Verified tiers cost more: the number has been checked, not merely typed.

Call the report, not the lead

Your opening line should reference the report they already received from you. “I saw you pulled a gross-up estimate on our site — did the report make sense?” outperforms a cold introduction by a wide margin, because from their side it is not cold.
