How charges accrue
The license bills on your monthly renewal date. Unlock charges accrue at the moment you unlock a lead — not at capture — and bill in arrears on the following invoice.
Reading the invoice
Unlocks are grouped by tier, so a line reading Verified Interested × 4 — $200 means four leads at $50. Cross-reference against the dashboard’s unlock log, which is itemized with timestamps.
Reconciling
If your invoice and your unlock log disagree, the unlock log is the record to raise. Send the specific lead IDs and dates rather than a total; totals take days to resolve, itemized discrepancies take minutes.
Failed payments
A failed license payment suspends widget rendering — the calculator returns an inactive-account notice on your live site. Keep a backup payment method on file. Your leads are never deleted during a suspension; capture simply stops.
