Work through this list before you paste any code.

Checklist

• Billing is active. The widget license must be active or the loader will render an inactive-account notice instead of the calculator.
• Your domains are registered. Every hostname that will serve the widget must be on your locked domain list — including www and non-www if you serve both, and any staging host you test on.
• You have your publishable key. It begins with pk_live_. Copy it from the dashboard; do not retype it.
• You know where it goes. Pick the page and the exact spot. A calculator below the fold on a low-traffic page will not produce leads.
• You can edit raw HTML. Your CMS needs to allow a custom HTML or code block. Most do; a few locked-down page builders do not.

Optional but recommended

Add a short line of your own copy above the widget explaining why you are offering it. Bare calculators convert worse than framed ones.
